Introduction
Hello, today I woke up at 6 AM, had a cup of tea for breakfast, proceeded to get on with my workout right after whilst making playlists on my laptop connected to the TV with a HDMI cable.
Here is the playlist I’ve been listening to today whilst working out, running to work and running back from work.
When I got back from work, just now, I made another cup of tea, took some mugshots of myself from all four sides and now I’m writing this blog post. The goal for this one is to not get distracted by anything else and get it out of the way as fast as possible so that I can focus on other things.
Morning Workout
This morning I was drinking tea, whilst adding music to the playlist above, and working out. The exercises go as follows.

- Reverse Barbell Curls 4 sets of 10
- Bent Over Rows 4 sets of 10
- Overhead Press 4 Sets of 10
