28/10/2025 Fitness Log Oct 28 202518th October 2026 Hello Everyone Hello everyone. This morning I woke up at 5 AM and got ready for a run by drinking a Multivitamin and Magnesium drink along side with a cup of tea. After I got warmly dressed I went for my run. 7.4KM Run 10×4 Barbell Curls 10×4 Barbell Reverse Curls I currently sit at 73-74 KG. Today I added one extra lap and I ended up running 7.4 KM in 44 minutes and 47 seconds. I took some time to put on my gloves so the pace isn’t 100% accurate. On the first lap I realized my shoelace was untucked so I bent down to tuck it in. On the third lap my glasses started to fog up so I took them off and put them in my coat pocket. I was also feeling relatively thirsty and somewhat exhausted. On the fourth lap I was in the zone and felt like I could run at least another ten laps. The only thing I was missing was music. I was making a lot of excuses in my last post. Once I started my run, all of my problems disappeared and all that mattered was to complete the four laps. On Thursday I am running only three laps and then when my next running week comes I am doing 4 laps on both of my runs. Every running week I am adding one more lap to my weekly runs. By the time May 17th arrives and it’s time to run my marathon in Riga, it should be a walk in the park. If there is one thing I could improve upon for my next run it would be to bring a full bottle of water for when I get thirsty. Here’s me after the run: And here is me after doing 10×4 Barbell Curls and 10×4 Reverse Barbell Curls right before a shower. Judging by this photo, I need to get a tighter belt, and start training my shoulders and chest. I’m looking to mix weightlifting cardio and calisthenics. Every two weeks on a Tuesday I’ll do weightlifting, add 1 new exercise per session till I reach 5-6. And every two weeks on a Thursday I’ll do calisthenics doing only body weight exercises applying the same principle of adding 1 exercise per session until I reach 6 exercises and then increase the intensity of the exercises by increasing the weight etc. Three people that inspire me the most would probably be David Goggins, Chris Heria and the First that comes to mind for weight lifting has to be Arnold Schwarzenegger. Honorable mention: Aziz Shaverishan And the reason for me saying this is because these three legends deserve a post of their own, but that’s for another day.
