10062026 Fitness Log [Chapter 2: Day 3]

Introduction

Right off the bat, I’m noticeably tired and exhausted. As sad as it may seem it’s actually somewhat calming because there isn’t much I can think about unlike yesterday when I couldn’t get my thoughts straight and would have 10-20 tabs open trying to make sense of what I’m trying to accomplish.

I spent about 3 hours yesterday working on yesterdays post including all the detours which I took to figure out how to put it all together.

It’s still only my third day back into an active/sober lifestyle and it’s natural for my muscles to feel sore and feel mental fatigue after a day of lifting weights, running, work and more running.

I have noticed that my appetite has also increased drastically. I tend to fast from the time I go bed until I finish wok so about 18 hours of not eating and then 6 hours of eating freely as much as I want.

I’ve just had my second full meal within 2 hours.

A total of 6.07 KM in 33:18 and 443kCal Burned.

Pace has dropped noticeably compared to my yesterdays run. It is to be expected.
