I don’t know what to believe in anymore.

I woke up at 4AM today. I had breakfast of egg fried zucchini with fish let’s not forget the sriracha sauce ,and some drinks like: Water, Vitamin C, Tea with lemon and a chocolate milkshake.

After I had my breakfast I read 45 pages on a finance book because it was still really dark and I need the weather to be bright to record content. It took me about 1 and half hour to read them and after I did 31 push ups and 31 sit ups. With great struggle.

I haven’t done push ups and sit ups for a long time other than yesterday and I’m looking to add on 1 rep every day to each exercise.

After I finish writing my blog post I aim to read another 45 pages and then go to sleep. That will be a total of 90 pages. the book is only 258 pages long so it would take me only 3 days to read it.

What inspired me to do this was Charlie Kirk arguing with a college student and he said “I read 100 books a year” and I didn’t think much of it at the time but this morning while reading, I realized I am wasting a lot of time and If I only spent 1.5 hours twice a day reading every day I could too read over 100 books per year.

Rest In Peace.

Today I ran an interesting route, I went out and explored in a random direction.

Something about my breakfast was off so I had to finish early because poop was crawling out of my butthole.

I believe it was the milk, it was a little bit sour but I didn’t think much of it.

It could have also been the fish and zucchini. I’m pretty sure running increases your metabolism so I don’t think it’s a good idea to eat before you run. Especially with no toilets around.

I’m going to go to sleep as soon as possible.

I want to take a day off tomorrow for my muscles to rest but I also want to find out how much I endure before I truly give up.

My legs don’t hurt from running anymore. I only feel soreness from push ups and sit ups. Maybe my body will adapt to that too and the gradual Increase in daily reps will do me good.

I do feel mental fatigue and agitation at the slightest inconvenience.

I just want to get this over and done with.

Hello guys.

This morning I woke up and turned off the alarm and went back to bed.

My conscience was eating me alive for five minutes until I got out of bed and started to get on with my day.

I had water, vitamin C and tea with lemon as well as a small slice of cake for breakfast.

I had breakfast, got ready and when I left the flats It was raining. Now for me personally the rain wasn’t exactly the issue, but as a content creator I had three pieces of electronics on me:

  • My phone
  • Camera Glasses
  • Headphones

It would be a real shame if any of those things got wet and suddenly stopped working.

So I went back upstairs and started reading a book, 30 pages. After those 30 pages I was aching to get moving so I did some push ups, 30 to be exact. After I did my push ups I still wasn’t satisfied, so I did 30 sit ups.

By the time I had done all that the rain was gone. As a result, I put on all my gear and went for a 11.3KM Run.

I did 6 laps again as usual. However I want to expand my horizons and explore new areas of my local town/country.

This route Is becoming too familiar and I kind of feel like I’m running in a hamster wheel.

Thank you for reading.

Saturday Fitness Log 13/09/2026

Hello.

This morning I woke up at 5AM as usual, however due to me nearly throwing up yesterday from the rushing I decided that I will start my run at 6 instead of 5:30.

I think preparation Is important for success so that’s why I decided to give myself more time this morning and most likely will from now on every morning.

After I was on my 6th lap I thought about my post “double up” and I went and did another 6 laps.

I did a total of 21.9 KM.

I’m going to stop uploading hour long videos and don’t even get me started on two hour videos as I don’t believe it is a productive use of my time. Instead, from now on. I am going to record my script first, and piece together some clips from my run to add up to the total time of the script.

Here is what I had for breakfast by the way

Water, Tomato Juice, Black Tea with Tropical Fruits and A piece of lemon, I’m thinking maybe I should cut the lemon slice in half and then eat it afterwards. I actually use the same cup twice and the lemon adds nice extra flavor and a sprinkle of vitamin C.

I also had Multivitamins and a chocolate milkshake.

That was all I needed to run 21.9KM.

Let’s not forget the power of will.
