Extortion is a criminal offense that involves obtaining something of value – typically money, or services – from a person or entitty through the use of coercion.
Unlike robbery, which involves immediate physical force or the threat of it, extortion often involves threats of future harm or non-physical consequences.
Core Elements of the Crime
The threat
The perpetator threatens to harm the victim. This does not have to be physical; it can include threats to:
Damage a person’s reputation or “expose” a secret (commonly known as blackmail).
Damage property or a business.
Accuse someone of a crime.
Use an official position to withold a service or legal right (often called “under color of official right”).
The Intend
The perpetrator must intend to wrongfully take property or influence the victim’s actions.
Fear of Coercion
The victim’s consent is not given freely; it is obtained through fear, even if that fear is of financial or social ruin rather than physical violence.
Extortion v.s Bribery
While they are often confused, the distinction lies in who initiates the exchange:
Feature
Extortion
Bribery
Initiator
The person demanding the payment.
The person offering the payment.
Dynamic
The victim pays to avoid harm.
The payer pays to gain an advantage.
Consent
Coerced/Forced.
Mutual (though illegal).
Legal Consequences
Extortion is generally classified as a felony in most jurisdictions. Penalties vary depending on the severity of the threat and the amount of value involved, but they often include:
Significant prison sentences.
Hefty fines.
Restitution (paying back the victim).
Note: In many regions, the crime is considered “complete” as soon as the threat is made with the intent to extort, even if the perpetrator never acctually receives the money or property.
Just finished reading this post. Pretty cool to aspire to establish a gaming café somewhere in my local community or elsewhere in the globe wherever I happen to end up.
I am writing this post on a laptop and I have this guy in the background and it’s music to my ears.
I don’t care if people steal my Ideas.
I am completely fine with talking about my dreams, and long term ambitions, when it comes to manifesting something that would benefit me and likeminded individuals.
If someone was to actually go out of their way with a better advantage than me financially and build a gaming cafe in my local community; I would not get upset that they stole my Idea because I could also benefit from their creation without having to invest my own resources.
10% Towards mastery.
In this post I go completely off track and start talking about origami and folding instead of actually searching for items on temu.
When It comes to psychology of invention, I’m a mix of Nikola Tesla and Thomas Edison.
I say this because according to rumors it was Actually Nikola Tesla who invented the lightbulb but Thomas Edison stole the idea and took the credit.
Now they say history repeats itself, but I do not see that happening. The reason I say this is because I believe that people can steal your ideas but they cannot steal your mind.
Every person has their strengths and weaknesses, I know nothing about rocket science, I could steal a rocket scientists blueprint and sell it to a rocked manufacturing company. That’s a lick, but a good rocket scientist will go out of their way, use their knowledge, wisdom and mastery to create an even better rocket blueprint.
As a music fanatic I have encountered a lot of “rap beef”, “incidents” of artists stealing lyrics, flows or beats from each other and then making it big from the “stolen” creative energy (flow, lyrics, beats) etc… But I don’t believe in stealing when it comes to art, only inspiration. It’s the same perception you should have towards people accomplishing greater accomplishments than you in the same field which you’re pursuing; Instead of feeling jealous, you must change your perspective and feel a sense of admiration for them and aspire to be like them. This is one of the oldest lessons in the Bible; The Cayn and Able story, Cayn killed Able because of Jealousy, If we as a society cannot overcome feelings of jealousy and transform them into admiration then we cannot move forwards as a society, we are stuck on page one.
As the title says, I lost my toothbrush. I can order 50 toothbrushes for 5.80EUR, that’s 11 cents per toothbrush. The reviews seem to be mostly positive with 4.6/5 star rating. It’s going to take time for them to arrive
I saw a few customizable thermoses on temu however I found this the most captivating as it comes with a cup to help me dosage my caffeine intake, instead of just blindly taking huge swigs.
I’m logged onto Wild Rift right now but I’m also working on a playlist on my laptop.
It’s very tempting to log onto Facebook and check in on what’s happening however I de-activated my account again because I really see no use in me using the Facebook marketplace when I have my own at https://zutisbljeg.com/market/.
Although participating in the Facebook marketplace would give my products more exposure in the local area due to the large Facebook marketplace community; marketing products only on my blog is going to force traffic to my website from prospects who show genuine interest in the products, services and other listings or posts.
Todays music Playlist
Thought about checking Facebook again just now, its’ 3:59 PM.
I still had messenger activated. It’s all good. For me personally, Facebook just isn’t for me. I like to play around the features and design my profile in wild ways which go against the assumingly intended use of sharing memories with your friends, family and larger circle of people like your colleagues or friends of friends, stalkers, etc.
I realized that I’ve been focusing my energy on the wrong things.
At this point it’s common knowledge that it’s possible to make unimaginable amounts of money through the internet. I have a lot of creative drive but Facebook Isn’t the platform to be expressing that energy with the intent to “blow up”.
By blow up I mean my content going viral and being recognized all across the globe.
Facebook is very addictive.
Let’s leave it in the past but I shall talk from experience.
Here is what I’ve noticed about Facebook. I get bored, I get sucked into the endless doom scrolling designed by elite cognitive psychologists and computer wizards. The longer you stay on the platform, the more facbook gets paid so for them it would only make sense to hire the smartest people to develop a system to get you hooked for as long as possible.
When I deactivate my account.
It adds an extra barrier of resistance for my impulse Facebook check ins which lead to hours of doom scrolling. Instead of being already logged in and bombarded with an infinite amount of dopamine draining content. I am required to enter my email and password and it still logs me back on.
I do not like the Idea of presenting myself to people who are biased to misunderstand me.
Everyone has their own perception, based on their life experiences, knowledge and emotional state. No matter how hard you try to portray yourself a certain way, every single person is going to view you different from the next.
Life will always find balance.
Nobody is perfect. No matter how much someone may appear to be flawless, it is an apparent fact that we all have a dark side and flaws to ourselves and our lives.
I don’t believe that a single person on this planet has had a perfect life. Everyone has suffered through hardships whether financial, emotional, psychological, physical we all suffer in one way or another. There is no escaping it. Make the suffering worth the pain. Don’t give up, stay focused, work towards your dreams and fuck what anybody got to say, let alone think; that which they are too scared to say anyway.
Focus on improving yourself every day.
Drink lots of water and stay hydrated, eat until your stomach is full, get lots of sleep so that your body can recover. Get some exercise daily whether it’s just a walk, a jog, a bike ride or a weightlifting session. Write and journal to organize your mind and thoughts and have a sense of direction in life. It doesn’t matter if it’s on a computer, pen and paper, pencil and paper, or your mobile phone. Write down your goals, big and small.
Be realistic.
Don’t assume that if you write down “I will become a millionaire by the end of this month” you will become a millionaire, because It is very difficult to make a million in a week for the average person. Something like, save 50% of my wages every month for a year is a more realistic goal.
I clearly have no dirrection in life.
If I did, I most likely wouldn’t be writing this blog post right now. I would be executing my goals. To be dead honest I’m just curious what in the fuck is in this head of mine. I can assure you that I am really proud of my previous post I made today as it really got to the core of where I wish to go in life.
Let me paint you my vision.
I’m going to have an establishment which serves food, plays all the music I like, has chill lounges for people to gather and play some computer games like League of Legends: Wild Rift. I think It would be pretty cool to also have like 10 Computers so that people can host 5v5 Tournaments in Counter-Strike 2 and League of Legends.
100% have some consoles where people can play some car games, or some Payday 2 with each other in groups of 4.
Kind of a mix of a night club and gaming cafés like the ones they have in China.
It’s going to have a bar, barmaids, a Kitchen, a gaming area, kind of like a casino, except instead of draining a persons wallet they’ll be able to play on computers, consoles whatever they wish.
So essentially a big, social video game gathering spot where people can escape from the daily drama of their personal life and spend time in an environment with people who are also there to have fun sober.
Key word here is sober. There will be no alcohol, In my opinion, alcohol ruins the competitive gaming spirit for everyone involved, that one drunk guy always bringing us down.
Besides, we don’t want angry, irrational, out of control drunkards destroying expensive gaming equipment.
Social, Multiplayer, Competitive focused zone.
There will be no single player games in the arcade, every single game is going to be involving teamwork, strategy, and communication.
I imagine that Counter Strike 2 and League of Legends are going to be the main attractions. Instead of being matched with random strangers from around the globe, the visitors are going to be forced to fill their team with other visitors of the establishment if available.
There will also be driving games like Need For Speed: Payback on the Xbox One as well as games like Payday 2 and Castle Crashers.
There will be dedicated rooms for Competitive PC E-Sports, a Laidback Xbox Lounge, and Mobile Gaming Lounge for mobile gamers looking to chill and pass time together.
Mobile Gaming Lounge is going to have a bar with tables where people are going to be able to order food and drinks as their mobile devices are not company property and any damage caused to the devices of visitors on company property is their own responsibility.
The Laidback Console Lounges , and E-Sports Longes are not going to have the option to order food or drinks and also all food and drink will be prohibited
This time I am not just going to blindly browse temu. This time I am looking for specific Items and I’m going to list them.
I want to also create origami boxes which can fit an ID card, a pen and paper. I love folding for whatever reason.
What is Origami?
Origami is the traditional Japanese art of paper folding, transforming flat sheets into complex 3D shapes, such as cranes, animals, and flowers. It focuses on precision, requiring paper that holds creases well. It is widely used to improve concentration, creativity and mental calmness.
Origami is Cool, Folding paper is cool.
However, I do not use origami paper, I use basic printer paper. I like to fold the creases really sharply and rip it apart.
There is a song by G-Eazy called Time.
I was sat at home thinking how can I sell time. I started folding paper in many different variations in all different sizes. I would sit in my bed and mass produce folded paper and stack it with rubber bands in stacks of four.
I bought more paper.
Yesterday I went to town and bought some more paper. I would play Counter Strike and When I would get killed I’d fold paper to pass time producing a form of a physical asset. Folded paper.
The book mastery also is responsible for inspiring me to sit in bed and commit to folding paper one after another and improving my folds one piece of paper at a time just for the sake of producing assets like advised in the Book “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” By Robert Kiyosaki.
Who the fuck would need folded paper?
What is the difference between folded and plain paper?
Folded paper has weight and is compact so you can easily put it into your pocket.
Folded paper has creases which can serve as guidelines or make it easier to rip the paper into neat squares.
I have created many types of folds. I’m very excited to see where this next pack of 500 sheets of paper is going to take me.
To answer the question. I don’t exactly know who needs folded paper but I know that I enjoy folding paper every now and then. It’s a very satisfying and relaxing process.
I’m going to fold 4 sheets of paper, wrap it with two rubber bands and to produce 1 “Paper Blok”
Robert Kiyosaki is an American entrepreneur, investor, and author, best known for his seminal personal finance book, Rich Dad Poor Dad. As a financial educator and founder of The Rich Dad Company, he advocates for building wealth through investing in assets, real estate, and financial education rather than relying on traditional employment.

Hello my audience. I’m pulling an all nighter again. I woke up on 7:30 this Saturday (yesterday as of writing this post.)
“One of our team members will reach out to you.” Is what I’m thinking.
I’m currently making music playlists and slowly releasing all of my wordpress.com drafts.
For the record, It’s currently 3:41 AM
My philosophy for sleep is that the human body doesn’t function based on sleep consistency but instead functions more like a cellular battery.
This Tuesday after work i slept for about 12.5 hours; 5:30PM till 6AM.
Before I continue…
I would like to share the playlist I have been working on since 12 PM/00:00.
If I am listening to a playlist that I made before, I aim not to add songs to that playlist. Instead I listen to the words or the instrumental and feel inspired by it and as a result I search for a song which reminds me of that song.
Referring back to
“One of our team members will reach out to you.”
I need to create company merchandise which my employees are going to wear so that they get recognized in public for things such as item deliveries from Facebook marketplace.
This is one of currently to name, one reason for which I perceive myself as an entrepreneur;
There are tasks which I am capable of doing, which need to be doing, however there are more important tasks to be tackled for success to be attained.
Therefore, It is essential for me to hire employees to do perceivably essential tasks which I, myself am capable of confidently doing, yet are a waste of my potential.
This is not to say that my employees are in any way below me in terms of potential and capability.
I can say this with confidence after reading and somewhat studying “The Concise Mastery” by Robert Greene
Reffering back to the “No Making Playlists While Listening to Playlists Rule.”
I added this song:
Music inspires me beyond measure and it is difficult for me to finish tasks without getting distracted which Is why I would like to announce that I am working on hiring a personal DJ.
The requirements would be to have similar taste of music as me and be respectful and obedient.
Sometimes though the songs are just so good that It’s difficult for me not to pause the playlist I am listening to at the time type it on YouTube and listen to it. However the cost of doing this is me losing my focus and the so called “Flow State” from the task I am working on at the time.
This is why I think hiring a personal DJ Intern would be fun.
Key word here is “Intern” AKA you’re not getting paid with cash or money. However you do get to work alongside me and learn from an acknowledged “Fresh Master Kitchen Porter” with 7 years of essential entry-level behind the scenes role in hospitality industry, responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized Kitchen. Ones duties include cleaning, washing dishes and equipment, managing waste, and assisting with food preparation. They act as the “backbone” of the kitchen facilitating smooth operations.
The above paragraph was written with partial aid of Google Gemini AI and I mentioned this because I personally never perceived myself as the “backbone” of the kitchen which fills me with a comprehensible level of regret for getting drunk and missing work at times; damaging my development and experience gained from skived duties.
Key Responsibilities and Duties of a Kitchen Porter according to Google/Gemini AI…
For the record, I consider conversating with Gemini AI doing research as you would on Google back in the day before open source AI was available to the public. To me; Gemini AI is just an upgraded, more advanced research tool than google used to be.
For those who don’t know, Google Is a search engine. But that Is a topic for another Day.
To add, search engines must not be confused with so called “Large Language Models” (LLMs) which are text based artificial intelligence applications, software & programs.

Other Work Experience Than Kitchen Porter
I also have experience cleaning caravans for visitors on a holiday park in the UK. I did this for about two and a half years. At one point my life got so Intense that I started work at 6AM cleaning caravans, waking up at 5AM to get ready.
I would clean the so called complex with my mother and stepfather for around three hours from 6AM till 9AM, then proceed to get all the gear ready to clean between 4 to 6 caravans depending on the size.
In a week I would work 3 days, Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays. 9AM to 4PM at the latest. 7 hours per day, 21 hours per week cleaning caravans, and the added 9 hours of 3 days cleaning the complex. that’s about 30 hours per week.
Then I started my job in a restaurant as a Kitchen Porter form 4:30 till anywhere from 9PM to 11PM.
Fridays and Saturdays were crazy because the restoraunt was always busy, lots of people in the restoraunt, lots of people placing home delivery orders.
At my peak of this lifestyle I would Wake up at 5AM on a Friday, start work at 6AM in the Caravan Park, finsh at 4:00, Go straight to my other Job at the restoraunt. Finish at 11pm, that’s 17 hours of work in a day. With a half an hour break while my stepfather gives me a lift from one job to the other.
That’s actually pretty crazy to think about it, because On Saturday, I would wake up and do the same thing again. I believe my record for the most hours worked in a single week was 76 hours, maybe 74, but I’m definitely gravitating towards the 76 digit.
In two days, Friday and Saturdays alone I’ve done 34 hours. At the time, between both jobs, I think my wages averaged at about £10 from both jobs, so if you think about it that’s £340 pounds in a weekend.
I had to work 6 days per week due to the fact that the restoraunt was open 6 days per week and at one point I worked 7 days per week as I was pushing my limits and got a job in another restoraunt on Mondays which were the only days off at the restoraunt, but I was working at the Holiday park, so I never really had any days off.
I just had time windows of free time which I valued with all my heart, because In realized I can’t escape work so I would spend time going to the gym, reading books, watching educational you tube videos and wasting almost not a second.
Due to my heavy work schedule I missed a lot of friendship gatherings and rarely ever went out on weekends, only the occasional Saturday and spend all my hard earned money in a single night out.
If there is one thing I’ve learned, it’s that without an aim to invest or save the money, the more you spend the more you’re going to earn.
I believe this is one of many reasons which got me into investing into stocks. And later crypto. I was reading books about money and finance such as “Rich Dad Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki and “Think Rich and Grow Rich” By napoleon hill just to name a few.
I have a Library section on my blog containing all of the boogs I’ve read so that even if I decide to sell them or somehow lose them I still have a digital collection on my blog which I can admire with pride.
I was seriously working two jobs in the United Kingdom since 21 till 23 till I moved back to my homeland in Latvia.
I dropped out of college at 18 as I finished my “Construction”/Industrial Environment Awareness Course alongside with Marine Engineering work experience on Fridays for which I got a certificate at the end of the year for.
It was a truly wonderful year and full of joy and laughter, and it’s truly upsetting it had to end so early.
However, being 17 I did the only rational thing a 17 year old who just finished a one year course could do and get some more free education while In still had the opportunity.
For supposedly the next two years, I tried to commit to Studying a Business course, A photography Course and a Food and Nutrition Course.
My Pre Work Exposure Learning Experience (Last year of College)[UK] {17-18 Years of Age}
Why I chose what I did.
Business
I chose business because even at 17 I was fully aware that working for someone else can only get me so far. This is why have pursued the entrepreneurial path before I could even legally buy alcohol at the time.
What has this got to do with alcohol? I have no Idea. But the point is, it’s been at least 9 years since I’ve been manifesting my vision, I started reading 48 Laws of Power at break times, It was the first book that I read voluntarily because I found a really interesting YouTube Series by the YouTuber illacertus.
I found the animated series of the 48 Laws of Power interesting so I decided to ask the Library Lady whether the school has that book, which they didn’t but she was kind enough to order one for me to read.
For the record; It was the concise edition and I’m glad that It was because If it had been the full book I probably wouldn’t have finished reading it as it’s massive.
Photography
So why did I pick photography?
I picked photography because at the back of my mind, before I even learned what marketing was, I realized that for a food business to attract customers through digital marketing; the ability to take high quality photos is essential for a successful marketing campaign.
I felt the necessity to up my photography game because in the years before I studied design and technology Graphics Design along side D&T Resistant Materials, Computing and ICT.
I will expand on that once I am finished explaining what inspired my vision to open my own food restoraunt such as the one I was working for.
It was somewhere between 2015 and 2016 when In my graphics design lesson we had to design a menu for a hypothetical restoraunt and since that day, at the back of my mind, I always believed that one day I am going to be able to have my own restoraunt one day.
All the skills I’ve learned throughout school, college, and my previous job at the restoraunt in which I worked anywhere between 5 to 7 years depending on whether time off and breaks count as consistent effort towards mastery.
Either way, everything I’ve learned throughout my education journey boils down to opening a restoraunt. I could have picked a lot of things, one of them could have been becoming a rapper/musician, which is still a hobby of mine, but I have no formal education on either. I could have aspired to become a doctor or even an astronaut.
However what has enticed me throughout all of these years is opening a food business, training my own employees with the skills I have acquired throughout the years, whether it’s kitchen maintenance, cleaning caravans and chalets for guests, or any other valuable skills I have to offer for my future apprentices and employees.
Even though I spent somewhere around 7 years observing Distinguished Master Chefs with Over 30 years of experience cooking I am still not good at cooking.
But when I open my restoraunt, I am going to hire skilled, trustworthy and competent individuals aiming for exceptional chemistry within the team for the tasks which must be done.
I would also like to start my own cleaning business as I know my potential. I’ve cleaned 6, two to three bedroom caravans with multiple toilets, showers, large living rooms, couches with dog hair etc. with eventually no complaints from the supervisors.
This is enough evidence for me that I am a good cleaner as praised by my manager at the restoraunt when he would ask me to clean something nicely such as a fridge or a tile wall.
I can assure you that I was surrounded by honest, individuals who were not afraid to say what they think whether it’s good or bad and I value that because all feedback is good feedback, especially honest constructive criticism compared to praise.
Food and Nutrition/(Food Science)
I picked this subject because I am still convinced to this day that cooking is an essential skill which must be practiced by everyone; male, female alike as the ability to cook is essential for one’s survival. It is a trait of radiating Independence as you know that you can always rely on yourself to have tasty food inside your stomach.
So yeah, I view cooking as an essential skill for human surval which must be practiced by everyone because you can’t always rely on other people.
I learned about cross contamination, words like e-coli and salmonella have stuck with me and working predominantly in the food industry throughout my career with a few exceptions in a warehouse or a factory of sort.
I remember working in a cheese factory once and we covered similar ideas. There is a lot that can go wrong in an uncontrolled environment, and I’ve forgotten a thing or two so I wash my hands excessively to avoid any unintentional contamination of any sort as regardless whether one spreads salmonella or e-coli it’s best to not spread bacteria or bacillus of any sort.
At this Point This is Like my CV in a Blog Post form.
I like this because this is my platform, I don’t have to be formal, and I can freely tell my story and express myself in the way that I remember everything.
Higher Up I mentioned that I am going to tell you about my “Year 10 and 11” of School, when I was about 15, 16.
The subjects which I chose to study were Computing, ICT, D&T Resistant Materials, D&T Graphics Design.
Computing
I love computers. How could I, given the opportunity not chose Computing as the subject which I am going to study throughout year 10 and 11? What did I learn? I’m not sure. I remember learning how binary works and what are hexadecimals. I remember at one point we were using “Scratch” to create computer games. We had to first, plan them on a word document and then do our best to create what we intended.
I reckon, that making video games was my favorite part of computing as I’ve always loved computer games, video games, consoles, PC, I played a lot of mobile games at break times at school and completely sabotaged most opportunities to develop my social skills.
At home I watched YouTube tutorials on Construct 2 and would make some 2D platformer games. After school I would play a fair amount of Counter Strike: Global Offensive, now known as Counter Strike 2.
I learned that I can make my own maps using the hammer world editor and created a few maps.
What I love about computers and video games is that in a virtual environment you can watch your digital craft come to life, whether it’s a CS2 Map or a Platformer you made regardless of how simple they are.
In computing we also learned some coding on python but I have not been practicing coding in my daily life or outside of school back when I studied it so I have forgotten everything.
ICT
I chose ICT because I wanted to spend even more time on a computer without even realizing what ICT really was. Information and Communication Technology.
I remember making a radio podcast with sound effects for a project using Audacity.
I’m pretty sure it was ICT where I learned to work with hyperlinks and created a website on some kind of software which I don’t remember the name of but I believe that It was ICT which really taught me the basics of how websites are put together. It didn’t involve any coding either.
D&T Resistant Materials
I chose to do Resistant Materials because I wanted to learn how to make things out of wood. There was a lot of paperwork involved designing the product before it could be made.
At the time I was really eager to just create something rather than spending lots of time writing and drawing.
D&T Graphics Design
I wanted to become an inventor and come up with something unique, from which the world could benefit and make me wealthy.
Why in the fuck am I making this Post?
The reason being is because I re-activated Facebook again and the only reason being is because I am going to be participating in the Facebook Marketplace.
Now obviously I am not going to set a “Professional/Formal” profile picture to supposedly portray myself as a young entrepreneur or a some form of aspiring salesman.
I am going to keep being me, express myself in a cartoony animated fashion inspired by my life experiences throughout the 21st century throughout the past 2 decades of video game evolution era. from 2006 to 2026.
It must have been 2007 or 2008 because I remember I was already going to school.
I have been detouring through my drafts.
I snapped out of it and remembered that I had to write this post so I am back now, It’s currently 6:49AM and I’ve been polishing, updating, and publishing some old posts which I earlier set to draft status as I felt as many of the posts I had made.
Part of the reason why it’s been taking me so long to finsh this post is because I have been creating my playlist while finishing off my drafts, getting distracted again, and although not procrastinating, I am definitely distracted from the main task which was to review, polish and publish old posts.
Now I’m sat in silence typing, hearing every single keystroke; and that’s cool. But I am going to put on the playlist I made today, finish this post and any others I have, resist the temptation to add any new songs to the playlist, and once I am finished writing a post or completing any other sort of tasks, I am going to add one song to the playlist.
It’s only almost 7:00 AM, 6:58 to be precis and I still have the whole day ahead of me. I’ve been sat on this post since 12 AM, for 7 hours and I wanted to play some League of Legends wild rift after I got out of the shower, but I’ve been blogging and making playlists instead.
There is a force guiding me, preventing me from finding pleasure in entertainment. This force is what is making me write this post instead of playing league of legends Wild Rift.
Some Final Words.
I am going to go through temu again and find 5 more items.
Okay, I think I deserve to play a game of league of legends.
