Hello, I wake up 4AM Get ready by 4:30

I go for a run. Do 15 Dips

I do 5.5 pull ups

I forgot to do leg raises

I finish run and do 40 push ups in my appartment bullding non stop.

I now do this every day, train 1 set until failure.

Dont forget leg raises

Progress pictures comming every sunday. Daily photo sessions are unnecessary.
